The guitarist Afra Rubino, born to an Italian mother and a Swedish father, studied at the Fundación Cristina Heeren in Seville. She is constantly working to develop her artistic expression, create her own themes, open her ears and find her own voice.
Currently she lives in Gothenburg, where she delivers speeches about flamenco besides developing her career as guitar player.
Nasrine Rahmani was born in Australia, to a mother from Mauritania and a father from Iran. She is considered as the female percussionist that best represents the flamenco scene.
Despite her young age, she has worked with leading figures such as Montse Cortés, Jorge Pardo or Juanito Makandé. She is well known for her delicacy, her ability for improvisation and the depth of her language.
